There is an Immediate Opening for Senior Relationship Manager - Learning & Development (Training)
We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager - Learning & Development who can own client relationships while actively driving execution of training initiatives end-to-end. This is a high-impact role requiring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
Location: Delhi
Experience: 5-8 years
Key Responsibilities :
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding business needs and translating them into actionable training solutions.
- Drive end-to-end execution of training programs - from needs assessment, design, coordination to delivery and closure.
- Work closely with facilitators, content teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Personally anchor critical programs/workshops where required to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
- Monitor program effectiveness and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and multiple concurrent engagements.
- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and identify opportunities for account growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field (mandatory).
- 5-8 years of experience in Training & Development and client relationship management.
- Strong experience in both managing clients and executing training programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
