About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to join our Mid Corporate team in Bangalore. The role focuses on identifying new clients, proposing financial solutions, strengthening relationships, and ensuring end-to-end deal execution for corporate clients with an aggregate turnover of up to - 300 Cr.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard prospective clients, evaluate creditworthiness, and establish strong business relationships.

- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing corporate clients.

- Source and structure financial deals tailored to client requirements.

- Propose and present credit solutions, including working capital facilities, overdrafts, and term loans.

- Drive portfolio growth by cross-selling financial products and achieving revenue targets.

- Analyze client financials, credit reports, and market trends to mitigate risks.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Post graduate degree in any discipline (MBA/CA preferred).

- 3-6 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, relationship management, or credit.

- Strong understanding of financial analysis, credit structuring, and deal management.
