Senior Relationship Manager - BFSI

About the Company:

Invoicemart is Indias leading Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS) platform operated by A.TREDS Ltd., a subsidiary of Axis Bank. The platform enables MSMEs to unlock working capital through invoice discounting and receivables financing solutions.

Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals with strong experience in B2B FinTech, Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, or Commercial Banking to drive corporate acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquisition and onboarding of large, mid, and emerging corporates

- Drive supplier finance, vendor finance, channel finance, and invoice discounting programs

- Build and maintain strong stakeholder and client relationships

- Identify new business opportunities and drive transaction growth

- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution and servicing

- Manage and strengthen existing corporate relationships

Must Have:

- 6+ years of experience in B2B FinTech / Supply Chain Finance / Trade Finance / Commercial Banking

- Strong corporate acquisition and stakeholder management experience

- Exposure to Invoice Discounting, Working Capital, Vendor Finance, or SCF platforms

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills

- Bachelors degree is mandatory; MBA/PGDM preferred

- Multi-language proficiency will be an added advantage

Preferred Background:

Candidates from FinTech, NBFC, Banking, TReDS, or Working Capital Lending platforms preferred.
