Role Overview:

As a Senior Relationship Manager for Affluent Relations at a leading MNC Bank, you will serve as the primary financial architect for a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals. Your day-to-day involves deep-diving into complex financial landscapes to curate bespoke investment strategies that align with the long-term wealth goals of your clients. You will collaborate closely with internal product desks, research analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, premium banking experience. By acting as a trusted advisor, you will directly influence the bank's market share in the wealth segment, driving significant AUM growth and fostering long-term loyalty among the bank's most prestigious clientele.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of Ultra HNI and Super HNI clients by identifying their unique financial needs and offering tailored investment solutions to ensure portfolio optimization.


- Drive the acquisition of new-to-bank affluent relationships through strategic networking and leveraging existing professional circles to expand the bank's footprint in the wealth management space.


- Monitor market trends and economic shifts to proactively advise clients on rebalancing their portfolios, thereby enhancing client trust and increasing the bank's share of wallet.



Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep expertise in Private Banking and Wealth Management, with a proven track record of managing substantial AUM and delivering consistent risk-adjusted returns for affluent clients.


- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build and sustain high-trust relationships with sophisticated investors and decision-makers.


- Possess a strong analytical mindset to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable investment advice that resonates with the specific risk appetite of Super HNI clients.


- Hold a relevant postgraduate degree or professional certification in finance, complemented by 6 to 11 years of hands-on experience in the financial services industry.
