About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Selections HR.
The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries, ensuring timely hiring, strong stakeholder management, and high-quality talent acquisition.
This role requires a target-driven professional with excellent sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements, job specifications, and hiring needs for various roles.
- Source, identify, and engage relevant talent through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews to assess candidate fitment.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and track the entire hiring lifecycle.
- Maintain updated candidate pipelines, weekly reports, and closure status.
- Build and nurture strong talent networks for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet hiring targets, adhere to recruitment SLAs, and maintain a high-quality selection process.
Requirements:
- 4 TO 10 years of experience in agency recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing capabilities using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
