Objectives and Responsibilities of Recruiter/Sr recruiter : - Responsible for End-to-End recruitment for Leadership Hiring (US healthcare) - Source candidates through a combination of channels including, job portals, headhunting, referrals, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), online groups, forums, communities, etc. - Expert in sourcing, screening, cold calling, head hunting, delivering recruitment pitch, interviewing, internal parity & benchmarking, offer negotiation, and pre on boarding & on boarding - Managing the Requisition Journey - through the recruitment life cycle. - From defining recruitment strategy, recruitment strategy discussion, formalizing interview questions, defining an ideal candidate profile, competitor benchmarking & market insight, sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling, candidate selection, compensation benchmarking/internal parity & negotiations, offer closure, candidate cap calls & pre-onboarding. - Awareness of ATS or Recruitment Systems and Processes.
