Recruitment Lead

Non Tech Sr Recruiter-SAAS/Internet Job Description: Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding. - Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create tailored recruitment strategies for each role. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Sourcing & Pipeline Management: - Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.) to source and attract high-quality candidates. - Build a strong candidate pipeline for both immediate and future hiring needs. - Proactively headhunt passive candidates and engage with top talent. Screening &Shortlisting: - Review resumes and applications to screen candidates based on skills, qualifications, and experience. - Coordinate with hiring managers to short-list candidates who meet the required qualifications and experience. Closing Positions within given TAT: - Ensure all open positions are filled within the designated turnaround time (TAT), maintaining a focus on both speed and quality of hire. Offer Negotiation & Closing: - Collaborate with hiring managers to determine compensation packages. - Manage the offer process, ensuring candidates are presented with competitive offers. - Negotiate offers and close candidates while balancing both client and candidate needs. Reporting & Analytics: - Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to Lead and hiring manager on candidate progress and pipeline status. Market Research & Trend Awareness: - Stay updated on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices. - Provide insights to hiring managers on market trends and competitor hiring practices. Team Collaboration: - Work closely with other members of the HR and Talent Acquisition team to ensure alignment and share knowledge. - Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top non-technical talent. Requirements: Skills & Qualifications: - 3 to 8 years of experience in recruiting for non-technical roles (sales, marketing, HR, operations, etc.). - Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding. - Strong understanding of hiring strategies, candidate sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies. Skills: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
