About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Technical Recruiter to join our People Team. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers, leadership, and cross functional teams to drive the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technology roles. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across engineering and product teams while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- As a strategic partner to the business, you will be responsible for understanding hiring needs, developing effective sourcing strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring that recruitment processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the company's growth plans.
- This role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
- Source high-quality candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs across technical and product roles.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate technical fit, cultural alignment, and career aspirations.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes while ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
- Communicate regularly with candidates and stakeholders to manage expectations and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the People Team to continuously improve recruitment strategies, processes, and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data is updated regularly.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to help optimize hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support employer branding initiatives and help strengthen the organization's presence in the technology talent market.
Required Qualifications
- MBA - Fulltime
- 8-12 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within product companies, consulting firms, or technology-driven organizations.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery practices.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical sourcing platforms.
- Experience in ATS
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing recruitment data and processes.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for cloud, DevOps, data engineering, AI/ML, or product engineering roles.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
- Experience working in consulting or high-growth technology environments.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build long-term candidate relationships.
