Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with business heads, hiring managers, and HRBPs to understand workforce requirements and deliver recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, headhunting, and networking to attract high-quality candidates.
- Financial Services Hiring: Lead recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across Investment Banking, Asset Management, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Corporate Finance, Operations, and Technology verticals.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, feedback, and process transparency.
- Market Intelligence: Provide insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, competitor hiring trends, and market mapping for niche roles.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with HR & Marketing teams to strengthen employer branding initiatives and promote the firm as an employer of choice.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior recruiters/TA specialists, providing coaching and best practices to ensure effective and consistent recruitment delivery.
- Process Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6-10 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the financial services domain (banking, NBFC, investment management, fintech, or related).
- Strong knowledge of financial services roles, industry practices, and regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to source and close candidates for niche and senior roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR analytics tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple priorities.
