Job Description - Senior Recruiter (B2C Hiring)

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience: 8+ Years

Industry: B2C / Consumer-Facing Businesses

Week Offs: 2nd & 4th Saturdays

About the Role

A fast-growing B2C brand is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who has a strong track record in high-volume B2C hiring across sales, marketing, operations, customer support, and front-line customer-facing roles.

As a recruitment partner, you'll drive sourcing, stakeholder collaboration, candidate management, and end-to-end closures for critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

- Handle full recruitment lifecycle for B2C roles: Sales, Retail Operations, Customer Support, Marketing, and Business Development.

- High-volume hiring and rapid ramp-up experience is mandatory.

2. Sourcing & Talent Mapping

- Leverage Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social channels, internal databases, and employee referrals.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across junior, mid-level, and senior B2C roles.

3. Stakeholder Management

- Partner with business heads, hiring managers, and HR leadership to understand requirements and role expectations.

- Provide data-driven insights on talent availability, salary trends, and hiring timelines.

4. Interviewing & Evaluation

- Screen candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate with hiring teams for assessments.

5. Offer Management & Closure

- Salary negotiation, candidate engagement, offer rollout, and ensuring smooth onboarding.

- Maintain high closure ratios and low drop-off rates.

6. Recruitment Operations

- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.

- Ensure SLA adherence, hiring quality, and process compliance.

What You'll Bring

- 8-10 years of strong experience in B2C / mass hiring / volume hiring.

- Prior experience hiring for large sales teams, customer support, telesales, retail, field staffing, or similar B2C environments.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder handling, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage high-pressure environments and aggressive hiring targets.

- Strong sourcing skills and experience with modern hiring tools.

Good to Have

- Experience working with fast-paced B2C brands (Fintech, Retail, FMCG, EdTech, E-commerce, Telecom, etc.).

- Exposure to hiring in multi-location environments.
