This individual will be responsible for orchestrating complex deal responses, leading junior team members, and driving the end-to-end proposal process for large, strategic digital transformation pursuits. The ideal candidate comes with extensive experience in deal structuring within consulting environments and has a demonstrated ability to craft winning proposals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the proposal development lifecycle for large digital transformation deals, ensuring alignment with client needs and internal strategic goals. - Collaborate with solution architects, delivery leads, pricing teams, and business stakeholders to integrate multiple solution components into a cohesive, compelling proposal. - Provide strategic deal insights, value proposition development, and storytelling that differentiates the offering. - Develop high-impact presentations and proposal documents tailored for executive-level client stakeholders. - Mentor and guide junior proposal managers; provide leadership during high-stakes deal cycles. - Ensure adherence to proposal best practices, timelines, and compliance requirements. - Contribute to internal proposal assets and knowledge base for reusability and continuous improvement. Required Skills and Experience: - 7-8 years of relevant experience in deal structuring, proposal management, or pre-sales, focused on digital transformation. - Proven experience working in large deal teams within consulting or IT services organizations. - Strong ability to integrate disparate solution components into a unified, value-driven proposal. - Hands-on expertise in preparing client-facing PowerPoint presentations, executive summaries, and detailed solution documents. - Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring capability. - Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking.
