Senior Project/Program Manager - Capital Markets

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Capital Markets transformation programs across Front, Middle, and Back Office.

- Drive Front-to-Back (F2B) change initiatives from planning through successful delivery.

- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance.

- Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and vendor teams to ensure successful execution.

- Engage with senior stakeholders and provide regular program updates, status reporting, and executive communications.

- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

- Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and business transformation initiatives.

- Lead cross-functional teams and mentor project members to ensure high-quality delivery.

Required Skills :

- 8-10 years of experience in Project/Program Management within Capital Markets.

Strong domain expertise in :

i. FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities)

ii. OTC Derivatives

- Deep understanding of the complete trade lifecycle, including :

i. Trade Capture

ii. Confirmation

iii. Matching

iv. Clearing

v. Settlement

vi. Collateral Management

vii. Risk Management

viii. Regulatory Reporting

- Proven experience leading Front-to-Back (F2B) transformation and enterprise change programs.

- Strong stakeholder management, governance, and leadership skills.

- Experience working with global teams and cross-functional business units.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery methodologies.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.

- Exposure to investment banking platforms, regulatory initiatives, and capital markets technology transformations.

- Experience managing enterprise-scale transformation programs in global financial institutions.
