Senior Project Manager - Software Product Development & Delivert

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of software product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex, cross-functional projects in an Agile/Scrum environment, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage software product development projects from concept to release

- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

- Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation

- Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, UX, DevOps, and Business teams

- Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, and best practices

- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

- Track project performance using appropriate tools and metrics (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

- Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to senior leadership

- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members

- Support release planning, go-live activities, and post-release reviews

Required Skills:

- 6+ years of experience in Project Management within software product development

- Strong experience managing SaaS / Web / Mobile / Enterprise software products

- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies

- Excellent understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and modern development practices

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Asana

- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification

- Prior experience in product-based or high-growth tech companies

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Experience working with globally distributed teams
