Highlight of the engagement opportunity:
- Nature of Role: Full-time.
- Experience Required: 8+ years.
- Preferred Experience: Implementation and delivery of Risk Management solutions, including OFSAA, SAS, Moodys, and similar platforms with expertise in IFRS 9 (ECL, EIR, PD, LGD, Credit Risk Modeling) and Model Risk Management.
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech, MBA, or other relevant professional qualifications.
- Preferred Certifications: FRM, CFA, or equivalent risk and finance certifications.
- Preferred Geographic Experience: India, Middle East, or APAC markets.
- Language Requirement: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, and Python, with a good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
Key responsibility areas:
- End-to-end implementation experience in IFRS9 / IndAS109 solutions covering ECL & EIR.
- Strong understanding of ECL, EIR, PD, LGD, and EAD.
- Hands-on experience in risk modeling and implementation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and Python.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 members.
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
- Engage with stakeholders at CXO & CXO-1 levels.
- Drive project delivery and client success.
- Support pre-sales activities including proposals, solution demos, and presentations.
Preferred (Not Mandatory): Experience with IFRS16 and Model Risk Management (MRM) solutions.
Other important information:
- Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid work permit to work in India.
- Period of engagement: Full-time position.
- Probation period: 6 months.
- Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process.
- Performance incentives: Typically, all roles at Acies have a performance incentive. Specific aspects will be discussed during the compensation discussion.
- Leave: 19 working days a year. Additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and paternity, bereavement and studies vary based on the city and country of engagement.

Selection process:
