Role Overview:

- We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (8+ years) skilled in handling client-facing roles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and end-to-end project delivery.

- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate technical aspects to clients are essential. Experience in the Logistics domain is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project delivery including:

- Project planning, meetings, delivery roadmap, and status reports

- Traceability matrix, risk/issue management, and change management

- Milestone tracking, QA coordination, and schedule management

Project budget monitoring:

- Collaborate closely with the Delivery Manager on strategic projects

- Plan and monitor project progress using JIRA

- Act as Scrum Master, working with Product Owner and Scrum Teams

- Coach other Scrum teams for smooth sprint execution

- Track and escalate external project dependencies

- Lead KM & Process Improvement initiatives

- Facilitate team training and Agile/Scrum certifications

- Conduct Sprint ceremonies: Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives

- Remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and maintain transparency

- Ensure backlog readiness and accuracy of burndown/burnup charts

Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years in IT project management

- Strong Agile/Scrum experience (Scrum Master + coaching)

- Expertise in JIRA and project governance

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to understand and simplify technical concepts for clients

- Experience in Logistics (preferred)

- Business Visa (added advantage)
