About the Role:

- We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects across technology and business domains.

- This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, technical know-how, and the ability to drive end-to-end project execution within scope, time, and budget.

- As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project lifecycles, coordinating with stakeholders, leading teams, and ensuring successful project delivery while following best practices in project governance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.

- Create and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, risk assessments, and communication plans.

- Lead cross-functional project teams including developers, analysts, QA, DevOps, business units, and external vendors.

- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.

- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to avoid delays and cost overruns.

- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including C-level executives, to manage expectations and resolve issues.

- Ensure adherence to project governance standards and compliance with organizational policies.

- Use project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar to track progress and manage tasks.

- Lead Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies based on project type and team structure.

- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and reviews for Agile projects.

- Mentor junior project managers or coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in project management with a proven track record of leading large-scale, high-impact projects.

- Strong knowledge of both Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional (Waterfall) project management methodologies.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM/PSM) certification preferred.

- Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (verbal and written).

- Proficient in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, or Smartsheet.

- Experience with budgeting, financial tracking, and vendor management.

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize work effectively.

- Solid understanding of SDLC and technical project delivery (especially in software, IT infrastructure, or product development environments)
