Senior Project Manager - Data Engineering - Retail industry

Job Description:

- We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact, data-driven initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless alignment between project goals, timelines, and outcomes.

- You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, driving execution excellence, and ensuring that data engineering and migration projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic data projects from initiation through successful delivery

- Manage project planning, execution, tracking, and risk mitigation on a weekly basis

- Facilitate discussions and governance meetings with cross-functional and executive stakeholders

- Coordinate with engineering, data, and business teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery

- Adapt quickly to changing business priorities in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Experience:

- 7-10 years of hands-on project management experience in data engineering or data migration projects

- Mandatory experience in the Retail industry

- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities

- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Office; exposure to Power BI is an added advantage
