Job Description:
Key role & responsibilities:
- Planning, Scheduling for the Projects.
- Forecasting project completion dates.
- Project Management, Client Relationship Management, Budget Management
- Coordination with various stakeholders, Risk Management
- Monitoring project progress, take corrective action as needed
- Managing all Project Related documentation required for commercial closure
- Managing internal project team to ensure completion of projects
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good Communication & Managerial Skills
- Internal Co- ordination, Emotional Maturity, Good Presentation Skills
Qualification, Experience & Education requirements:
- 15 to 18 years of experience in a similar field
- Post Graduate in Construction Management (preferred)
- Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Interior Designing (preferred)
- Prior experience working in Design Build Corporate Fit Out Industry would be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
