Senior Project Manager - Civil

- The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of Site Engineers overseeing multiple interior fit-out projects for Exclusive Brand Outlets.

- The incumbent will ensure seamless execution of all projects from planning to handover, maintaining quality, cost, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and guide a team of 6-7 Site Engineers/Project Engineers.

- Oversee and ensure timely execution of 12-20 projects in parallel through the team.

- Review project plans, BOQs, and design layouts before execution.

- Monitor overall progress of each site and provide strategic inputs to mitigate delays or roadblocks.

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.

- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures and quality standards across projects.

- Conduct regular site visits to assess work progress, adherence to plan, and quality.

- Track project timelines, budget adherence, and resource allocation.

- Drive timely handover of EBO projects in alignment with retail operations.

- Lead review meetings and reporting for senior management on project health.

- Identify areas of process improvement and drive efficiency and scalability across the team.
