Senior Project Manager - Change Management - Wealth Management | Investment Banking


We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong Change Management expertise in Wealth Management / Investment Banking. The role is ideal for candidates comfortable operating as a hands-on Sr. PM within complex global programs.

Experience:

- 10+ years overall experience

- Minimum 8+ years in consulting or managing change / transformation programs within Investment Banking

- Candidate should be comfortable in a Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) role

Domain Expertise:

Strong understanding of Wealth Management functions within global investment banks, including:

- Investment Products & Lending Products

- Wealth Client Onboarding & Client Lifecycle

- Client Risk Profiling & Suitability Checks

- Investment Advisory

- MI & Regulatory / Management Reporting

- Technical & Platform Knowledge

- Strong experience with Avaloq Core Platform (preferred):

- STEX, Credit, Client Data, MIS Reports, Stock Exchange, Payments

- Avaloq certification is a plus

- Good understanding of financial products: Derivatives, Bonds, Loans, Equities

- CFA / FRM certification preferred

- Project & Delivery Skills

- Proven experience managing large, cross-functional and cross-geographical programs

- Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end (Front Office to Back Office) transformation projects

- Strong coordination with Technology teams and Corporate functions

- Comfortable working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

- Experience handling architecture overhaul and platform modernization initiatives

Key Competencies:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business processes

- High attention to detail with strong documentation, governance, and control mindset

- Creative problem solver; comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-changing environments

- Confident self-starter, able to work independently under pressure

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Tools & Reporting:

- Strong hands-on experience with MS Office

- Power BI and Alteryx experience preferred
