Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale operational standardization, PLM digital transformation, and agile project governance across apparel, footwear, and accessories businesses. This role requires strong end-to-end ownership of complex programs, the ability to work with senior technical stakeholders remotely, and a passion for driving measurable business outcomes through process excellence and digital enablement.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

- PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)

- SME knowledge of end-to-end sourcing processes, costing, capacity systems, and daily operations

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to design and manage complex project content

- Solid financial acumen with the ability to:

Write, analyze, and collaborate on business cases

Develop proposals, strategy papers, and leadership updates

Position Scope & Key Responsibilities

1. Standardization of Operational Processes

Responsibilities

- Review and assess existing operational processes across offices to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and inconsistencies

- Design, document, and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across all locations

- Communicate SOPs clearly and deliver training to relevant teams

- Provide ongoing implementation support and refine processes based on feedback and performance

Performance Measures

- Number of processes/projects successfully standardized

- Adoption rate of standardized SOPs

2. Operational Optimization & PLM Digital Transformation

Responsibilities

- Evaluate current operational workflows to identify digitization opportunities within the PLM system

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive change management and adoption

- Oversee PLM rollout execution and continuously optimize processes post-implementation

Performance Measures

- Number of functions and departments onboarded to PLM

- PLM adoption and utilization rate

3. Agile Project Governance & Capability Building

Responsibilities

- Educate apparel, footwear, and accessories project leads on agile principles, tools, and best practices

- Support project planning by defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and OKRs

- Provide continuous coaching and mentoring throughout the project lifecycle

- Drive continuous improvement through effective sprint reviews

Performance Measures

- Percentage of OKRs delivered on time

- Adherence to agreed project timelines

4. Functional Project Oversight & Coordination

Responsibilities

- Lead assigned projects from initiation through execution and delivery

- Partner with sponsors and stakeholders to define clear, measurable OKRs

- Track progress, manage risks, and communicate updates, challenges, and learnings during sprint reviews

Performance Measures

- On-time delivery of project OKRs

- Achievement of defined project outcomes

5. End-to-End Ownership of Assigned Projects

Responsibilities

- Design project plans with defined budgets, timelines, and stakeholder matrices

- Manage project governance and communication with key stakeholders

- Proactively alert leadership on project risks with clear mitigation plans

Performance Measures

- Same as above (OKR delivery, timelines, outcomes)
