- You will own client relationships, lead multiple teams, control delivery, and make decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Ownership:
- Lead high-stakes client conversations and escalations.
- Set expectations, control scope, and protect timelines.
- Convert business requirements into executable delivery plans.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Team Leads, and cross-functional teams.
- Enforce accountability, discipline, and delivery standards.
- Resolve performance issues without escalation dependency.
- Build execution rhythm across multiple projects.
Delivery & Execution Control:
- Own multiple ongoing, revenue-impacting projects.
- Define milestones, success metrics, and risk controls.
- Identify risks early and take corrective action fast.
- Ensure predictable, on-time, high-quality delivery.
Process & Governance:
- Own delivery processes, documentation, and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement in execution workflows.
- Ensure change requests, delays, and dependencies are formally controlled.
- Use Jira / ClickUp / Asana or equivalent tools effectively.
What We Expect From a Senior PM:
- Proven ability to manage clients + teams simultaneously.
- Clear communication with the ability to say NO when required.
- Solid understanding of software / app / digital project delivery.
- Ownership mindset no blame shifting.
