Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects involving financial management and consumer data systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, sound knowledge of data governance, and the ability to manage global stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

This role requires hands-on ownership of project delivery, financial planning, and stakeholder coordination, with exposure to manufacturing domain operations and enterprise financial models.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver large-scale, cross-functional projects involving finance management and consumer data systems.

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality.

- Drive global stakeholder management, ensuring alignment across business, finance, IT, and external partners.

- Own financial planning, budgeting, and cost control for projects, including OpEx and CapEx.

- Track project spend, forecasts, and variances, ensuring adherence to approved budgets.

- Apply data governance principles to ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency across systems.

- Collaborate with leadership teams to translate business objectives into executable project plans.

- Prepare and present status reports, financial updates, and risk assessments to senior management.

- Proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex, cross-functional programs.

- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and cost management.

- Hands-on experience managing Operating Expenses (OpEx) and Capital Expenditures (CapEx).

- Experience working in a manufacturing domain environment.

- Solid understanding of consumer data systems and data governance frameworks.

- Exceptional global stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
