Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: India (Remote)

FTE: 1.0

Working Hours: Overlap required with India (second half) and US (first half) time zones

Project Overview

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

- Translate business needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

- Balance competing priorities while ensuring business value delivery.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure cross-team alignment.

Project Governance

- Track KPIs, delivery metrics, and project health.

- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and work with stakeholders to resolve them.

- Continuously improve delivery processes and team performance.

Team Leadership & Delivery

- Manage a 6+ person development team in an agile environment.

- Facilitate sprint ceremonies: planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement.

- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery in line with business priorities.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or Delivery Manager in Agile setups.

- Experience managing multi-person engineering teams (6+).

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills across business & technical

groups.

- Proven ability to drive alignment, manage priorities, and handle trade-offs under pressure.

- Strong organizational & problem-solving skills.

- Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies & tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).

Nice to Have:

- Background in software development, SaaS products, or data platforms.

- Exposure to modern technology stacks (Cloud, BI/Data, AI/ML, etc.

Soft Skills

- Resilient in the face of ambiguity.

- Ability to establish order, streamline workflows, and mature delivery practices

- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
