We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale initiatives within the banking and digital solutions domain.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in driving complex projects, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver large, high-value projects with budgets exceeding $5M, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with strategic business goals.

- Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure project objectives are met.

- Apply advanced knowledge of digital technologies and their integration in the banking and marketing technology ecosystem.

- Ensure financial stewardship and optimal utilization of project resources.

- Influence decision-making through strategic insights, risk assessment, and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills

- 8-12+ years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years dedicated to project/program management in the banking domain.

- PMP Certification with strong applied expertise.

- Proven track record in leading large, complex projects with measurable success.

- Strong understanding of digital technologies, marketing platforms, and technical product integration.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, adept at executive-level engagement.

- Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
