Senior Project Manager

Were hiring a Senior Project Manager who can translate vision into executionleading complex, multi-stakeholder projects with clarity, speed, and precision.

Youll be responsible for owning delivery outcomes, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving cross-functional alignment across teams and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own End-to-End Project Delivery: From planning and resource allocation to execution and closuremanage full project lifecycles for high-impact initiatives.

- Define Structure & Processes: Establish clear project scopes, timelines, communication flows, and escalation paths for predictable execution.

- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the bridge between business, tech, and external teamsensuring alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines.

- Risk & Mitigation: Proactively identify potential blockers and put in place contingency plans well in advance.

- Agile Program Management: Lead sprints, standups, retros, and backlog prioritization with distributed teams across geographies (if applicable).

- Metrics & Reporting: Deliver crisp, timely reporting on KPIs, progress updates, and post-mortems for continuous improvement.

What Were Looking For?

- 8-12 years of experience in project or program management.

- Strong command over Agile and traditional methodologiesable to switch gears when needed.

- Hands-on with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.

- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously without losing detail.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience managing tech + non-tech team collaboration is a plus.
