The Senior Project Management Specialist is a high-level leadership role requiring a minimum of 15 years of experience in successfully managing and delivering complex projects end-to-end.

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Management Specialist (15+ years experience) skilled in driving complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in Agile and Scrum, capable of facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and aligning these practices with formal SDLC, release, and stringent regulatory compliance requirements (especially Design Control).

Key responsibilities include detailed planning, budgeting, resource management, using data to track performance and improve velocity, and maintaining clear, consistent communication with global stakeholders and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities and Delivery Management Deliverables

Strategic Project Planning and Execution:

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with strategic corporate objectives.

- Drive project delivery through detailed planning, budgeting, and resource management, meticulously managing scope, schedule, and cost baselines.

- Ensure design control and quality compliance throughout the project lifecycle while expertly managing risks and strict timelines.

Agile, Scrum, and Process Alignment:

- Act as the lead facilitator to Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews), effectively remove impediments, and promote collaboration across teams.

- Align Agile practices with SDLC, release, and regulatory requirements, ensuring traceability and necessary documentation are maintained for quality assurance.

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the teams by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing corrective actions.

Performance Tracking and Stakeholder Communication:

- Use data to track performance, improve velocity, and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using relevant project management and analytical tools.

- Communicate progress, risks, and results concisely and effectively to senior leadership and global stakeholders, adapting messaging based on the audience.

- Maintain a comprehensive risk register, proactively identifying and implementing mitigation strategies to preempt potential delivery blockers.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in project management.

Methodology: Expert proficiency and proven experience with Agile and Scrum practices.

Core Skills: Demonstrated expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource management, and execution.

Compliance: Mandatory focus and experience ensuring design control and quality compliance and managing projects within a regulated environment.

Leadership: Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and promoting collaboration.

Preferred Skills

- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
