Role Overview:

As Senior Project Lead - EdTech Evidence & Insights, you will lead the evidence-generation and learning agenda for EdTech and AI-led initiatives. This role combines strategic leadership, research and evaluation expertise, and ecosystem engagement to influence policy and program decisions at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute the organization's EdTech Evidence & Insights strategy.

- Lead rigorous evaluations (RCTs, quasi-experimental designs, mixed methods, qualitative research) across multiple interventions.

- Translate complex research into actionable insights for governments, donors, and ecosystem stakeholders.

- Represent the organization in external forums, advisory panels, and publications.

- Manage multi-partner programs and build high-trust relationships with government and donor partners.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of project managers and analysts.

Requirements:

- 9+ years of experience in program design & management, consulting, or impact programs.

- Strong understanding of evaluation methodologies (RCTs, quasi-experimental designs, mixed methods, qualitative research).

- Proven ability to shape evidence agendas and influence strategy/policy decisions.

- Experience in managing complex, multi-partner programs and senior stakeholder engagement.

- People and team management experience.

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
