Role Overview

As a Senior Project Lead, you will drive high-impact EdTech and AI initiatives aligned with the organization's 2025-2028 strategy. You will lead a team, manage multi-stakeholder projects, and work closely with government bodies, innovators, and academic institutions to scale effective learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Execution: Translate strategic goals into actionable workplans and OKRs.

- Program Management: Lead end-to-end delivery of EdTech/AI projects including design, implementation, and monitoring.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage relationships with government departments, EdTech partners, and donors.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of project managers and contribute to organizational development.

- Budget & Reporting: Own budgets and deliver high-quality reports for leadership and funders.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, consulting, or impact-driven roles.

- At least 4 years in a people leadership capacity.

- Exposure to EdTech or AI-enabled products, especially in low-income or emerging markets.

- Strong analytical and communication skills; experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
