Description:
You will own end-to-end project governance, including:
- Cross-functional coordination with operations teams.
- Risk management and proactive issue resolution.
- Stakeholder communication and expectation management.
- Delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage execution and implementation of detailed program or project plans in collaboration with internal teams, logistics service providers, and third-party vendors.
- Lead all phases of the project lifecycle: scoping, business case development, requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct risk assessments, create communication plans, and define performance metrics.
- Implement governance frameworks to ensure effective information exchange between stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Supervise cross-functional project teams and resolve complex issues involving multiple organizations.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior management as needed.
- Maintain flexibility to work across global time zones.
What You Need to Bring:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics functions.
- PMP certification is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Deep understanding of supply chain logistics processes and strategy.
- Proven ability to drive change and transform organizations through process improvement.
- Structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and delivery.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences, including senior leaders.
- Expertise in project management tools and techniques.
- Solid change management capabilities and professional business acumen.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency and ability to work across global time zones.
