Role Overview:

This role leads and delivers large-scale, global transformation initiatives across Procurement, ensuring strong alignment with strategic priorities and measurable business impact. The position requires end-to-end program ownership, strong governance, executive-level communication, and the ability to drive change across complex, matrixed organizations.

Key Accountabilities;

- Lead global procurement transformation programs, driving execution excellence across multiple, complex initiatives while balancing priorities, resources, budgets, timelines, and risks.

- Establish and manage robust governance frameworks to ensure transparency, accountability, and timely decision-making across all project phases.

- Enable insight-driven decision-making by tracking program progress, analyzing performance, and delivering clear, actionable updates to senior Procurement leadership.

- Leverage procurement systems and data to generate strategic insights, improve operational efficiency, and support informed decision-making.

- Support financial planning and value delivery, actively contributing to budgeting discussions, cost optimization initiatives, and value realization tracking.

- Prepare high-impact executive presentations, translating complex data and initiatives into concise, strategic narratives for leadership alignment and decision-making.

- Drive continuous improvement, facilitating post-project reviews, capturing lessons learned, and promoting best practice sharing across teams.

- Champion change management, supporting teams through transformation with clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning.

- Build strong cross-functional and cross-regional relationships, acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders and demonstrating strategic influence in complex environments.

Minimum Requirements:

- 6+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in Procurement, strategic transformation, or related functions; experience in a global organization or consulting environment is preferred.

- Proven project and program management expertise, with a strong track record of delivering complex, high-impact initiatives.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

- Strong self-starter mindset, demonstrating ownership, drive, and passion for transformation and value creation.

- Solid data analysis and reporting capabilities, with proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, and procurement or analytics systems (e.g., ERP / BI tools).

- Experience working effectively in matrixed, multi-geography environments.

- Hands-on exposure to change management, including stakeholder readiness, internal communications, and adoption support.

- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect long-term objectives to operational execution.
