What Youll Do:

As a Senior Program Manager, youll be responsible for:

- Leading a team of 5- 7 analysts and engineers to implement technology and analytics projects at large-scale client sites.

- Drive day-to-day problem solving with clients and internal teams.

- Ensure rigorous project tracking, milestone adherence, and debottlenecking across all workstreams.

What We're Looking For:

- 6- 8 years of total experience with 1- 2 years in management consulting as a project manager.

- Strong background in the manufacturing industry.

- Experience delivering technology-driven projects.

- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.

- Structured, hands-on problem solver with the ability to guide teams and manage complexity.
