Role Overview

This Senior Program Manager role is designed for someone who thinks and operates like a founder. The position carries ownership of large, ambiguous problem spaces-spanning strategy, execution, and outcomes-with responsibility for a meaningful part of the P&L.

The role goes far beyond coordination. It requires writing the playbook, running experiments, scaling what works, and shutting down what doesn't. Success is defined by building a consumer business that delivers real, measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive a major business charter with P&L responsibility

- Define and execute strategy for building and scaling a US-focused consumer brand

- Lead 0- 1 and 1- 10 initiatives across growth, product, and operations

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including growth, content, ops, product, and AI

- Identify and solve bottlenecks across acquisition, conversion, pricing, and retention

- Build scalable systems, processes, and operating cadence

- Hire, mentor, and manage team members as the business grows

Candidate Profile

- 4-8 years of experience, including 3+ years in early-stage or fast-scaling startups

- Demonstrated 0- 1 ownership (product launches, revenue lines, teams, or business units)

- Strong commercial instinct and comfort owning business outcomes

- Consumer-first mindset with strong customer intuition

- Hands-on operator comfortable switching between strategy and execution

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- No formal education requirements-proof of building matters more than pedigree
