Senior Program Manager FOGSI Digital Health Centre

Location: Mumbai (FOGSI Headquarters)

About FOGSI:

The Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI) is one of the largest professional bodies of doctors in India, representing over 45,000 obstetricians and gynaecologists across the country. FOGSI plays a key role in advancing womens health and shaping clinical practice, policy, and training in maternal and newborn health.

Role Overview:

FOGSI, in collaboration with Koita Foundation (KF), has established a Digital Health Centre to accelerate digital health adoption in maternal and newborn health. As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of FOGSIs Digital Health Strategy and managing the day-to-day operations of the FOGSI-Koita Centre for Digital Maternal and Child Care (FOGSI-KCDM). You will work closely with doctors across India, partner organizations, and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of digital health initiatives that strengthen maternal and newborn care. The role will involve program design, stakeholder coordination, and implementation support across initiatives such as digital health adoption, EMR enablement, AI-enabled solutions, capacity building, and ecosystem development for FOGSI members.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage FOGSI-KCDM initiatives in collaboration with doctors, hospitals, state chapters, and external partners.

- Oversee the execution of FOGSI-KCDM roadmap, including solution benchmarking, training programs, and innovation pilots.

- Build and maintain partnerships with digital health solution providers, government agencies, academic institutions, and healthcare organizations.

- Coordinate implementation of pilot projects with FOGSI members to demonstrate adoption and impact of digital health and AI-enabled solutions in OB-GYN practice.

- Develop and roll out capacity-building programs for practitioners, including workshops, CME sessions, and digital training modules.

- Monitor progress and adoption metrics, analyze outcomes, and prepare reports for FOGSI leadership and partners.

- Represent FOGSI-KCDM in external forums, conferences, and consultations.

- Support fundraising and resource mobilization efforts where required.

Desired Profile:

- A professional with 810 years of overall experience, including at least 4 years in healthcare/digital health/public health program management.

- Strong motivation to work in the healthcare/nonprofit sector with senior clinicians and professional bodies.

- Masters degree in public health, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or Business Administration preferred.

- Experience with provider-facing digital health initiatives, healthcare technology adoption programs, or digital transformation projects is highly preferred.

- Experience with maternal and newborn health programs will help.

Skills and Attributes:

- Demonstrated experience in project management or related roles, preferably in healthcare, Digital Health tools and technologies, or healthcare-focused nonprofit organizations.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Experience in crafting detailed reports, presentations, and stakeholder communication.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Preferred - Familiarity with technologies relevant to digital health, such as HIS/EMR solutions, telemedicine, etc.
