Senior Program Manager Punjab (Education Projects)

Location: Punjab (Field-Based) | Full-Time | Experience 3 to 4 Years.

Savanna HR is hiring a Senior Program Manager (SPM) to lead, implement, and monitor educational development projects across Punjab.

This impactful role involves managing on-ground operations, coordinating with government stakeholders, and ensuring program delivery in schools.

You'll be at the heart of transforming learning experiences for students across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

Government Liaison & Stakeholder Management:

- Build strong relationships with government officials, district leadership, and school authorities.

- Represent the project in official meetings and ensure alignment with state-level goals.

Program Implementation & Monitoring:

- Oversee and track project progress across multiple districts.

- Ensure smooth delivery through close coordination with school principals and field teams.

Training & Capacity Building:

- Organize and manage teacher training programs and district/state-level workshops.

Field Engagement:

- Conduct regular school visits and support teachers and students both online and offline.

- Track engagement and learning outcomes, ensuring students meet program objectives.

Data & Reporting:

- Manage documentation, feedback mechanisms, and monthly reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

- Capture case stories, success metrics, and insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Education: B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech/B.Ed/M.Ed or equivalent.

- Experience: Minimum 4 years (preferably in the development or education sector).

- Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (Reading, Writing, and Speaking Mandatory).

Key Skills & Traits:

- Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.

- Effective verbal and written communication.

- Classroom observation and teacher support experience.

- Strong stakeholder relationship and field coordination abilities.

- Passionate about education and working with underserved communities.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of regional projects.
