Senior Professional - Financial Planning & Analysis - Manufacturing Firm

A leading, long well Established, fast-growing manufacturing-led business group.

Role: A high-caliber FP&A professional to lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will act as a critical business partner, driving financial discipline and profitability analysis across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning: Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning processes.

- Performance Analysis: Develop advanced MIS reports and dashboards to track operational KPIs, region-wise profitability, variances and business performance reviews

- Business Partnering: Support leadership with pricing models, Cost Optimisation, ROI analysis for capex, Margin Improvement, revenue enhancement strategies, strategic financial insights and decision-making

- Process Excellence: Drive automation in financial reporting and strengthen internal controls within SAP and and process improvements

Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Experience: 10-15 years in FP&A/ Corporate Finance/ Business Finance, preferably within the Manufacturing/ FMCG/AGRO/Chemical sectors.

- Technical Skills: Advanced Financial Modelling, Excel expertise, and hands-on SAP experience apart from Strong budgeting, forecasting, MIS,

- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, presentation, Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
