Role Overview:

As a Sr. Production Merchandiser, you will be the driving force behind bringing luxury designer apparel from concept to reality. Your day-to-day will involve managing the entire production lifecycle, from initial sampling and costing to final quality control and delivery. You'll collaborate closely with design teams, sourcing partners, and manufacturing facilities to ensure that each garment meets the exacting standards of our luxury brand. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, impeccably crafted products, ultimately contributing to the brand's reputation and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end production process for luxury apparel, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

- Collaborate with design teams to understand product vision and translate it into manufacturable specifications.

- Negotiate pricing and lead times with suppliers and manufacturers to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery.

- Oversee the sampling process, providing feedback and guidance to ensure accurate representation of designs.

- Monitor production progress, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues to minimize delays and maintain quality.

- Conduct thorough quality control inspections at various stages of production to ensure adherence to brand standards.

- Maintain accurate records of production data, including costs, timelines, and quality control reports.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to foster collaboration and ensure reliable production capacity.

- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
