Senior Product Specialist - BFSI/FinTech/Startup

Education: BTech / BE (Engineering background preferred), MBA (desirable)

Industry Background (Preferred): FinTech, BFSI, Startups

Big 4 (with product development/management experience)

Key Requirements:

- Good communication skills (mandatory)

Experience handling any one or more of:

- Equity, Options, Derivatives, Futures, OTC instruments

Bonds:

- Strong project management and coordination skills to work across cross-functional teams.

- Ability to articulate ideas and solutions clearly to the extended team.

- Experience in designing technical and functional workflows.

- Ability to define/write formulas or specifications for workflows.

- Preparing and executing test cases to validate implementations.

- Strong analytical mindset to map business requirements into functional product workflows.

Role Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business, engineering, and QA teams to design and deliver robust product solutions.

- Define clear technical and functional workflows, including writing precise requirements and formulas.

- Prepare, manage, and execute test cases to ensure quality and accuracy of product features.

- Coordinate project activities across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery.

- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned product areas (equity, derivatives, bonds).

- Drive continuous process improvements and support the evolution of the product roadmap.

- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
