Senior Product Owner - Core Banking + Payments

- Experience in investment banking with knowledge of Lending principles, Deposit Management, PCI DSS compliance, micro-services architecture, and banking APIs

- Define product functionality and roadmap, manage product backlog, oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborate with business and stakeholders, use JIRA and Confluence for planning and documentation

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in an international environment

- Ability to prioritize effectively and navigate ambiguity

- Exposure to Core Banking, Payments, Trade Finance

- Strong knowledge of Lending principles, Deposit Management, PCI DSS compliance

- Experience of working with micro-services architecture

- Exposure to risk analytics is desirable

- Sound conceptual foundation in banking, API, integrations.

- Sound quantitative analytical skills with strong problem solving capabilities

- Sound knowledge of a Software Product lifecycle and data visualization

Capabilities:

- Sound knowledge of functional design - from critical Data points capture to Application design, development & MIS creation

- Work closely with business to define product functionality, features and roadmap

- Maintain and prioritizes the product backlog to ensure that the team is working on features that maximize business value

- Responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle

- Proficiency in JIRA for story creation, backlog management, and sprint planning.

- Familiarity with Confluence or similar tools for documentation.
