Job Description: Senior Product Manager - Voice AI Platform
Location: Sec 3, Noida

About the role: They are looking for a Product Manager who is equal parts strategist, builder, and visionary-someone who wants to shape the future of AI in customer experience. In this role, you'll lead the development of our clients Voice AI platform and the go-to-market for their agentic voice AI
This is a high-ownership, zero-to-one opportunity to define product strategy, scale infrastructure, and empower developers and businesses to build with AI capabilities.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and lead the roadmap for our Voice AI platform, aligning product initiatives with the company vision.
- Work with leadership to translate abstract ideas into product strategy and modular platform offerings.
- Stay ahead of trends in LLMs, agentic workflows, voice AI, and platform ecosystems.
2. Product Development & Execution
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science to ship high-quality, high-leverage products.
- Translate user needs into APIs, SDKs, and platform components that external teams can build on.
- Lead the product lifecycle end-to-end-from problem discovery to post-launch iteration.
3. Go-to-Market & Ecosystem Building
- Design a thoughtful GTM strategy with business teams: pricing, positioning, self-serve onboarding, and documentation.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and success to drive adoption across enterprises and SMEs.
- Gather feedback from early adopters, developers, and internal users to iterate fast.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the product bridge across internal teams. (infra, sales, CX ops)
- Evangelise platform thinking across the company-driving clarity on where we build vs expose.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in AI, SaaS, or PaaS.
- Ex-Engineers or Technical/ Data Background. (but now product-focused).
- Understand AI-native or workflow orchestration products.
- Have worked on extensible platforms or developer products.
- Can marry infra thinking with product-led GTM and build for both enterprise and SME/long-tail developers.
- Clear, compelling communication-can explain complex concepts to both engineers and executives.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience building or launching PaaS or workflow automation tools.
- Founder or early-stage startup experience-bias for action and clarity under chaos.
- Exposure to LLM tooling, voice AI, or agentic workflows.
