Senior Product Manager - UPI/Payments/FinTech

Description: We have an opening for Product Manager UPI Payments with a FinTech Company

Location: Mumbai | Experience: 4+ Years

Roles Responsibilities:

- Own and scale UPI payment products by driving product strategy, execution, and optimization across the UPI ecosystem.

- Manage end-to-end UPI product lifecycle (P2P, P2M, QR, AutoPay)

- Define product roadmap, PRDs, and success metrics

- Work with engineering, compliance, banks, and NPCI partners

- Track product performance, improve success rates, and user experience

- Ensure compliance with NPCI/RBI guidelines

Requirements:

- 4+ years of Product Management experience in fintech/payments

- Strong understanding of UPI ecosystem and payment flows

- Experience working with APIs and tech teams

- MBA/PGDM from a reputed B-school preferred
