Senior Product Manager - UPI/BBPS - FinTech/Banking

We are hiring a senior Product Manager for a high-impact role in the digital payments space with a leading fintech / financial services organization.

This role will own end-to-end product strategy and execution across key payment rails including UPI, BBPS, Cards, and emerging acceptance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Own and drive product roadmap for payments (UPI/BBPS).

2) Build and scale 0- 1 and 1- N product journeys with clear business metrics (TPV, success rate, revenue).

3) Work closely with engineering on APIs, integrations, and payment switching architecture.

4) Lead ecosystem integrations with banks, NPCI rails, card networks, and partners.

5) Ensure regulatory compliance (RBI, NPCI, PCI-DSS) and manage audit readiness.

6) Drive product adoption, GTM strategy, and monetization initiatives.

7) Define PRDs, user stories, and lead agile execution across squads.

8) Continuously optimize product performance using data and customer insights.

Candidate Profile:

1) 10+ years of experience in Product Management within Payments / BFSI

2) Strong exposure to UPI, BBPS, Payment Gateway, Cards, or Merchant Acquiring

3) Deep understanding of NPCI ecosystem, payment flows, and regulatory landscape

4) Experience working with APIs, integrations, and scalable platforms

5) Proven track record of driving product growth and execution
