We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in UI/UX design and mobile applications to lead product strategy and execution in the fast-paced internet domain. This role requires a visionary leader who can balance user-centric design with business goals, ensuring our mobile products deliver exceptional experiences that drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Strategy & Roadmap :
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for mobile applications.
- Align product initiatives with business objectives and market opportunities.
User Experience Leadership :
- Champion intuitive, elegant, and accessible UI/UX across all mobile touchpoints.
- Collaborate with design teams to translate user insights into seamless experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
Market & User Research :
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay ahead of industry trends in mobile and internet products.
- Leverage analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to inform product decisions.
Execution & Delivery :
- Prioritize features and manage product backlog effectively.
- Ensure products meet performance, scalability, and usability standards.
Qualifications :
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in mobile app UI/UX.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful internet/mobile products.
- Strong understanding of design principles, usability testing, and mobile-first development.
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Design, Business, or related field.
Preferred Skills :
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Knowledge of mobile frameworks (iOS, Android) and responsive design.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making (SQL, analytics platforms).
- Ability to balance creativity with analytical rigor.
