Senior Product Manager - Supply Chain Company

ROLE PURPOSE

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong track record in building enterprise SaaS products from the ground up. This role requires hands-on experience in designing and launching platforms such as WMS, ERP, TMS, HRMS, or FMS, particularly in startup, e-commerce, or D2C environments. The candidate will own the product lifecycle, from concept through execution and iteration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Development & Roadmap-

- Define, own, and execute the product roadmap across various modules (WMS, ERP, TMS, etc.).

- Prioritize features and functionality based on user needs, market trends, and business goals.

- Drive MVP development, testing, and iteration for early adoption.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to ensure timely delivery.

- Align cross-functional stakeholders with product goals and timelines.

- Work with Growth and sales to enable successful product launches.

3. Performance Monitoring & Iteration

- Establish and monitor product KPIs (adoption, usage, performance).

- Conduct user feedback loops and make data-informed decisions.

- Ensure continuous product improvement and scalability

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA/MTech is a plus- tire 1 /tire 2 colleges preferred )

- 7-12 years of experience in product management, specifically in SaaS/enterprise tech.

- Proven experience in building software products like WMS, ERP, TMS, HRMS, or FMS from scratch.

- Prior experience in startups, e-commerce, or logistics tech -D2c driven industries.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and agile methodologies.

- Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive product designs.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Analytical mindset with strong decision-making capabilities. ( Python/R Programming/Greenfield)

- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Notion, Mix-panel, Postman, etc.

Preferred Competencies:

- Exposure to API architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and database systems.

- Experience in mobile-first or multi-device product development.

- Understanding of supply chain, logistics, finance, or HR tech domains.

- Strong UX sensitivity and ability to work closely with design teams.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
