Job Role: Senior Product Manager

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Experience: 4-8 Years

Qualification: Engineering or Management degree from a premier institute preferred.

Youll own how millions of users discover, engage, and contribute on our platform - shaping the user funnel from first interaction to paid experience.

Your north star: Maximise reach, retention, and revenue - without losing the soul of the product.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive Acquisition:

- Build and optimise user acquisition funnels across channels - app store, organic, performance marketing, referrals, and partnerships.

- Work closely with marketing and data teams to identify high-LTV cohorts and improve conversion from install registration engagement.

- Design and run experiments (landing pages, creatives, onboarding flows) to improve activation rates.

2. Lead Monetisation Strategy:

- Define the monetisation roadmap from subscriptions and microtransactions to content and service-led products.

- Partner with design, engineering, and CRM to build frictionless purchase and renewal experiences.

- Optimise pricing, packaging, and offer design through A/B testing and cohort analysis.

- Measure ROI and CLV impact; evolve the monetisation engine using data-driven insights.

3. Product Ownership & Roadmapping:

- Define, prioritise, and deliver the growth product roadmap.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, growth, CRM, design, and data teams.

- Balance experimentation velocity with quality and user experience integrity.

4. Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Use quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decisions from feature prioritisation to user segmentation.

- Leverage analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, BigQuery, Looker, etc.) for growth experimentation and reporting.

5. Leadership & Collaboration:

- Mentor junior PMs or analysts working on growth pods.

- Influence stakeholders across business, marketing, and product to align on revenue goals.

Requirements:

- Experience: Must have minimum 5+ years of core B2C product management experience, with measurable impact on Revenue, ARPU, Conversion Rate, Repeat Transactions, Retention, and Engagement.

- Past KPIs must include Revenue, Conversion, ARPU, and Repeat Transactions.

- Proven track record of delivering impactful digital products in high-growth environments.

- Strong analytical skills with expertise in interpreting complex datasets.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
