Senior Product Manager - SaaS

About the Role:

- We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Product Manager - Core Platform to join a fast-growing global technology company.

- This role focuses on building and scaling platform products, SaaS foundations, and integration layers that power multiple consumer-facing business verticals.

- You will play a critical role in defining product strategy, driving execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions, including AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and own the product roadmap for core platform capabilities, including APIs, integrations, and middleware systems

- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle-from ideation to launch and continuous improvement

- Work closely with engineering, architecture, and business teams to design scalable and robust system architectures

- Translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications and service contracts

- Drive product development using Agile methodologies (Scrum), ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features based on business impact and customer needs

- Build and optimize platform solutions that support multiple consumer verticals (B2C focus)

- Lead the development and deployment of AI-driven features/products with measurable outcomes

- Monitor product performance using data-driven insights and continuously improve user experience

- Ensure seamless integration across systems and third-party services

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in platform or SaaS products

- Strong hands-on experience with platform products, APIs, microservices, and integration layers

- Solid understanding of system design, scalable architecture, and service-oriented design principles

- Proven ability to work closely with engineering and architecture teams

- Experience delivering AI/ML-driven products or features with measurable business impact

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Technical & Tools Expertise:

- Product Management tools: JIRA, Confluence

- Methodologies: Agile, Scrum

- Technologies/Concepts: APIs, Microservices, Middleware, SaaS Platforms, System Design

- Exposure to AI, Automation, and scalable platform ecosystems
