Role Overview :
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our retail-tech solutions. Your day-to-day will involve deeply understanding customer needs, defining product strategy, and working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring innovative ERP and POS solutions to life. You will collaborate with retail operations stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure our products drive efficiency, enhance customer experience, and ultimately, boost business growth. Your work will directly impact the way retailers operate and interact with their customers, creating a seamless and profitable ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our ERP and POS solutions, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs in the retail sector.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for the engineering team.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and resource availability.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
- Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies, working with marketing and sales teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product direction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in retail-tech, ERP, and POS systems.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategies that drive business growth in the retail-tech space.
- Strong understanding of ERP and POS systems, retail operations, and the challenges faced by retailers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
