We are looking for a strategic and market-oriented Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy, growth, and innovation for enterprise retail technology platforms. This role will own product direction, customer discovery, market positioning, and business outcomes while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define product strategy, roadmap themes, and growth initiatives aligned with business and revenue goals

- Drive product success across adoption, monetization, customer expansion, and product-led growth

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify product opportunities and market gaps

- Translate retailer pain points into scalable product solutions across the Retail SaaS ecosystem

- Define product positioning, messaging, pricing inputs, and go-to-market strategy in partnership with Sales and Marketing teams

- Drive AI-led product innovation including automation, predictive insights, and AI-native retail experiences

- Create strategic product artifacts including MRDs, roadmap themes, and business cases

- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product, and Business teams to align priorities, trade-offs, and execution plans

- Ensure long-term product vision and architecture remain aligned with customer and business objectives

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within Retail SaaS, Retail ERP, POS, or Enterprise Retail Technology products

- Strong hands-on experience in Retail ERP domains such as Inventory Management, Merchandising, Supply Chain, POS, OMS, Retail Operations, or Omnichannel Retail systems

- Proven experience driving product strategy, business outcomes, adoption, revenue growth, monetization, retention, or customer experience improvements

- Strong end-to-end product ownership experience covering customer discovery, market research, roadmap creation, prioritization, GTM strategy, product launches, and post-launch tracking

- Experience in market-facing / outbound product management, including customer engagement, sales collaboration, pricing discussions, and product positioning

- Strong understanding of the Retail SaaS and ERP ecosystem, with the ability to convert market insights and customer problems into scalable product solutions

- Candidates should demonstrate strong career stability, with a minimum 1.5 - 2 years tenure per organization
