Senior Product Manager/Product Manager - Data & Integrations - Healthcare

Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Manager/Senior Product Manager - Data & Integrations to drive the development of scalable healthcare data platforms and system integrations. The role involves working closely with engineering and business teams to standardise data, improve data quality, and streamline healthcare claims and payer integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own data models, data mapping, and integration workflows across healthcare systems.

- Manage REST APIs, file-based integrations, webhooks, and error-handling processes.

- Drive data pipelines, validation, reconciliation, and data quality initiatives.

- Collaborate with engineering teams on SQL-based data solutions and scalable data platforms.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security standards.

Required Skills:

- 4 - 7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Technical Business Analysis.

- Strong SQL, data modelling, and data integration knowledge.

- Hands-on understanding of APIs, SFTP/file feeds, and data pipelines.

- Experience with data warehousing platforms such as Azure SQL or Snowflake is preferred.

- Healthcare RCM, claims processing, payer integrations, and EDI/X12 transactions (835, 837, 270/271) are highly desirable.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
