Senior Product Manager - Product Design

Location: Bangalore (in-office from Koramangala).

Type: Full-time.

Experience: 3+ years in consumer product design.

Willing to work in Startup.

What You'll Do?

- You'll be the first full-time product designer , working closely with the founder, PM, engineers, and clinical team to build a world-class experience from scratch.

You'll:

- Design end-to-end user flows across web and mobile.

- Bring delight, clarity, and emotion to core product interactions.

- Own our visual language, including brand and marketing design.

- Prototype and test ideas using Figma and AI-based workflows.

- Work closely with PM, engineers, and the founder to ship, learn, and iterate fast.

- Use your taste, intuition, and empathy to help people feel better through design.

- Translate our mental health protocol into clear, intuitive, and emotionally resonant UX.

Who You Are?

- 4-5+ years of experience in consumer product design.

- Strong interaction design, visual taste, and attention to detail.

- Great at simplifying complexity without making things boring.

- Comfortable working on both UX flows and visual design.

- Excited to work hands-on in Figma, with motion, and with AI tools.

- Able to think clearly about emotion, behavior, and human psychology.

- Eager to own the craft, move fast, and build something meaningful from 0- 1.

- Based in Bangalore and excited to work in-office with a small, scrappy team.
